Casa do Artista – Não é Permitido Envelhecer Solveig Nordlund • 2026 • Portugal • 71’ • DCP Estreia Mundial / World Premiere Elegível para Prémio Português Não Competitivo / Eligible for Non-Competitive Portuguese Award   Sinopse / Synopsis Os dias parecem-se. The days all seem the same. Within these walls, the sound of pianos echoes, along with old folk songs sung in chorus, the television always on, and a murmur of nostalgia. It is not merely a care home for the elderly or a final resting place for the famous: at the Casa do Artista, there is a vitality that breathes new life into the arts that made each resident a star. Yet, amidst the unexpected blows of old age, a hint of past glories lingers in the memories of those who still recall them.
